Jerusalem limestone is one of the best-known limestones from the Middle East, finish; character and durability are the main three variables, which define the quality of limestone floor and wall tiles. Jerusalem stone is widely regarded as being at the top of each of these criteria.
This particular variety of the stone is called "Grey Gold". The tiles contain subtle character, with grey, orange, yellow, and pink veining. We keep this Jerusalem stone on stock in two formats to suit most peoples requirements. The large 900 x 600 x 20mm slabs are very effective in large areas when a brick pattern is preferred. The alternative is a large Opus Romana pattern which creates a random effect on the floor, both horizontally and vertically. This format is also supplied in 12mm thick tiles which is better for many situations where a stong, but thinner tile is required, due to sub-floor levels and door thresholds. Both variations have the same aged flagstone appearance on the surface when fitted.
