The stone is classed as a Grade A because of the consistent grain and fine speckle of shells which are contained in it. From the first to the last tile in this consignment of Moleanos limestone the surface finish is perfect, the edges are micro bevelled, and the thickness calibrated to an exact 15mm.
The blocks these tiles are cut from contain a vein which means the limestone flooring and wall tiles have a very classic feature which cannot be replicated in a manufactured tile.
