The name of this travertine describes it perfectly. Each tile contains a blend of pale to rich browns. The stone comes in tiles, which are 400 x 200 mm for tiling in a herringbone style or in a brick pattern. The edges of the tiles have been chipped which ages the floor whilst leaving the surface totally flat but still textured.
The stone is ideal for use on both floors and walls. The stone is also well suited to use with underfloor heating, like most of our travertines and limestones. The smaller tiles make this floor interesting because of the intense variation in colour achieved by using this format of tile. The travertine is also unfilled which leaves small voids for grouting into, further adding character to the stone.
