Safari slate is our most characterful and varied slate flooring and wall tile. This slate is riven, which means the surface is textured and very slightly uneven. The colour of the slate tiles is a mixture of greys, copper, beige, as well as some green and blue. The variation in colour and hard wearing nature of the slate make it a very interesting and practical slate tile.
The tiles are suitable for use on walls and floors, internally. The stone is not very pourous and can be used in bathrooms (including wet areas) or kitchens. When sealed the colours in tiles are enhanced to give the tiled area more richness in appearance.
