The Muscat travertine is another of Stone Vale's premier natural travertine tiles. The stone is supplied unfilled due to the very low number of holes in the travertine tiles. The blend of beige, pale brown, and caramel colours, combined with the 15 mm thickness of the stone, makes it both very practical as well as highly durable.
The high durability of the travertine makes it suitable for areas of high footfall, as well as walls and floors throughout the home. The edges of the tiles are diamond sawn with a square cut edge to allow for a tight grout line and a perfect finish. The surface is honed giving a level matt travertine tile. When grouted, the small holes are mostly filled to give a lightly textured surface, whilst still very low maintenance.
