This is travertine flooring, which has undergone the tumbling process after the tile has been cut. The effect of this treatment is to produce tiles, which appear worn around the edges as well as aged on the surface. First Quality cappuccino travertine supplied in a OPUS Romana tiling pattern, which consists of four different sizes. The huge reduction is based on full pallets of the large 600 x 400 mm tiles.
The travertine is predominantly light beige but is characterised by having richer character which blends accross the stone. The tiles are kept unfilled for surface texture and additional character. When the tiles are fitted the appearance is of a beautiful, randomly tiled, aged floor.
